Failure is not an option but it exists.

The key is to not be afraid of that ugly word, to accept it, learn from it and pick yourself up.

Easier said than done but once you get past that, you open yourself to greatness and success. I measure success by the level of growth & the quality of impact that I contribute to an organization, its mission & its vision.

At the end of the day, if I can 100% say "job well done" then I served my purpose. And that is the reward. - teresa (RED)
